Refund Policy
Exchanges are allowed for defective items only within 5 days upon receiving your parcel. Do send us video/picture as proof of defect via whatsapp or FB messenger.
Not applicable for sale items, or wrong selection made by Customer as measurement would have been given during FB LIVE.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start an exchange, contact us through FB Messenger. If your request is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All defects will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Eligibility for return/exchange will be determined by LuvYourStyleZ.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for return/exchange - Difference in measurements by 1 to 2 cm due to mass production. Difference in item colour due to lighting conditions or individual screen resolutions. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
